Introducing a game-changing global marketing and customer service platform at Coca-Cola

The challenge

Leadership of the pan-European delivery of a major new platform that deliver a key portion of Coca-Cola's strategic vision.

What we did

Working with the Global IT team, responsible for delivery of industry-leading cloud-based software that would lead to a step change in the company's CRM, campaign management and e-customer service capabilities. Led a large, geographically-distributed team and multiple third party suppliers and vendors. Used Agile/SCRUM, to great success. Heavy involvement with Coca-Cola’s PMO (Programme Management Office). Followed Coca-Cola’s stringent software delivery lifecycle process.
