The challenge

Introduction of ‘Coke Studio’, a highly strategic customer recruitment / content delivery / precision marketing platform.

What we did

Working with the European Marketing team, led the pan-European delivery of the platform. Rapid delivery against Coca-Cola's 2012 Olympics and 'Share a Coke' digital activity. Pan-European - different content schedules, legal environments, internal stakeholders. Multi-platform integration – mobile apps, Facebook app, website. Direction of over ten partner companies (incl. off-shoring), in multiple time zones. Managed large number of stakeholders incl. Senior sponsors, marketing, IT, CRM, customer services.
