What we did

Turnaround of the digital operations, process and project management functions. Established and enforced must-do operational processes including overhaul of studio management, recruitment, project management. Creation of a digital process handbook and extensive digital document template suite. Spearheaded more effective working between London and Dubai offices. Mentoring and coaching to ensure strong capability in place after our engagement ended.
